The company was founded by the incorporation of two companies:
• Habbal Company
And
• Kashet Company
By early of 1948, Habbal Company was founded at the hands of the late father Mr. Zafer Habbal where he managed business which its first stages covered importing Motorcycles and Bicycles and their relevant spare parts and tires so professionally and skillfully leading the company to acquire the trust of the market and achieve impressing local success so that business range exceeded Homs city covering all Syrian regions.
With the death of the founder father, Zafer Habbal, in 1979, his sons continued forward at the same pace on the basis of competence, commitment and offering the best.
On the ground of deep market study accomplished within the beginning of 1990, the company extended its business to include importing Passenger, Truck, Agricultural and Industrial tires of all kinds and categories.
After decades of perseverance and follow-up, the company was classified as one of the leading importers in Syria. The characteristic of the company is a family company par excellence, where more works depend on the brothers; the sons of Zafer Habbal, and their sons.
Kashet Company was founded by the late Mr. Zuhair Kashet in 1980; it is a company specialized in motorcycles, their tires and spare parts. At its early stages, the company has been ranked as one of the leading import companies in Syria and after the death of the founder father in 2013, it was managed by his son.
The two companies were incorporated (Habbal Company and Kashet Company) by early of 2004 under the name of Motosan Company. The company is currently considered as one of the largest companies in Syria for the goods it deals with.

Goods delivery is offered for free to all agents and outlets spread all over Syrian cities using the company’s fleet of trucks devoted for this purpose.

1 – The Governorate of Homs with an area of more than 22,500 square meters, including warehouses and administrative buildings.

The number of staff in the company is more than 150 qualified employees who persist to provide optimum services to customers efficiently at any time.
Subsequent to the magnificent success in the domestic market and after gaining dealers confidence, the business flourished to cover neighboring countries such as Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon and Turkey.
We have gained considerable experience in those markets as we are expanding the scope of work in the rest of the Arab and African countries through our Sole Agents in there.
Because of the circumstances in Syria since 2011, the company’s headquarters have been moved outside Syria (while maintaining the company’s business in Syria as before).
